The Challenge
For the 20 modular homes of project Room B, speed was crucial. The bathrooms had to be finished efficiently without compromising on waterproofing. The biggest technical challenge: the siphon had to remain above the floor to fit seamlessly within the prefabricated construction of the modules.

Assembly in record time
By using Walloop dry-construction solutions, the full floor and wall finish per house could be completed in an average of just one day, perfectly aligned with the prefab schedule.
Innovative frame system
The shower floor was placed on a specialized frame, allowing the siphon to stay above floor level without modifying the structure. An additional water barrier rim ensures maximum safety.

Walloop Light was chosen: lightweight panels that are ideal for transport and installation in prefab modules, delivered in various modern designs.
